Recovery coaching across Atlantic Canada
My mother was born on an island in Placentia Bay. My grandfather left Newfoundland for Toronto in the early 1950s and became a carpenter. I grew up in Ontario and never quite lost the pull east.
The longer version of that story →
That's the personal reason. Here's the practical one.
Atlantic Canada has treatment — detox beds, counselling, programs. What it has almost none of is support for the person waiting to get in, the person who finished and went home, or the person who isn't sure they need it yet.
That in-between is where I work.
What coaching is
A conversation, most weeks, with someone who has been where you are. We work out where you are, where you want to go, and what might get you there. You decide everything. Confidential, online, no referral and no waitlist.
What it isn't
I'm not a doctor, counsellor or therapist. I don't diagnose or prescribe. Coaching works alongside treatment, never instead of it.
