Two Ways to Work Together

Recovery coaching doesn't work in a single conversation. Six weeks is enough to build your plan and put it up against real life.

A Partner, Not a Replacement

Coaching complements — and never replaces — counselling, therapy, treatment, or medical care. I'm not a therapist or a doctor. My role is to walk beside you and make sure you stay in control of your own recovery, between and after every other kind of support.

Not Sure What Fits? Let's Talk.

Every plan starts with a free, no-obligation 30-minute discovery call. We'll figure out together what kind of support makes sense for where you are.

Hope never goes out of style.
