Recovery coaching on Prince Edward Island

Distance isn't the problem here. You can drive the length of the Island in three hours.

The problem is that there's essentially one door — sixteen detox beds at Mount Herbert, a couple of walk-in locations — and other people can see you go through it.

I'm in Ontario. I've never met your cousin, your boss, your neighbour or anyone at your church.

For some people that's the whole reason this works. You can be honest with me about things you can't say to someone who'll be at the same wedding in July.

No building to be seen entering. No parking lot, no waiting room, no receptionist who went to school with your sister.

I'm a certified recovery coach and a person in recovery. Not a doctor, counsellor or therapist. Coaching goes alongside treatment, never instead of it. No referral, no waitlist.
